SERVEL MERA – AN ENERGY RICH HISTORY

SERVEL MERA was founded in 1999 in the diversification plan of the Cescutti Group's activities.
The authorization for the construction of a first hydroelectric plant, located in the Municipality of Gordona (SO - Italy) is thus acquired.

These are the other stages of the company's growth:

• 2001
  - Construction of the hydroelectric plant in the Municipality of Gordona (SO - Italy)
• 2004
  - Acquisition of two hydroelectric power plants in the Municipality of Ovaro (UD - Italy)
• 2006
  - Revamping of Ovaro hydroelectric plants in a single production plant
• 2009
  - Start of authorization procedures for the construction of PV plants in Italy for a total of 12 MWp
• 2011
  Construction of photovoltaic systems in Italy for a total of 12 MWp
• 2012
  - Start of authorization procedures for the construction of biomass plants with the use of by-products of wood processing
• 2013
  - Start of construction of the biomass power plant in the Municipality of Sutrio (UD - ITALY)
• 2014/2015
  - Construction of the biomass power plant in the Municipality of Sutrio and commissioning
• 2016/2017
  - Construction of hydroelectric plants on the Poma and Rosamarina aqueducts in the province of Palermo
  - Construction of the first lot of the district heating network in the municipality of Sutrio (UD - ITALY)
• 2018/2019
  - Construction of the second lot of the district heating network in the municipality of Sutrio (UD - ITALY)
  - Start of Internationalization of the Company
